• The chance of extending your subscription by a month at a time FREE of Charge, by submitting photos of a clock or watch by a maker listed on our web site (conditions apply). This could mean free access to the web site after the first year!

3. Terms & Conditions

1. Refund Policy: Subscriptions are NON refundable. As this service is available for immediate use, the 7 day cooling off period is not applicable here. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that the pages you are going to look at will probably contain the information you want. Please make sure that you read any page's description in the Library Index that you are interested in before you subscribe. We do not guarantee that the information you want is there, we only hold the archives for you to look at! If you are not sure that the maker you want is in the library, please ask by sending an e-mail to requests@clockswatches.com before subscribing, and I will try to advise.
2. For those doing family history and have access to census details, please be aware that much of the recorded info about makers is taken from census returns and trade directories, so you may already have a lot of the information shown.
3. We will do our best to ensure that the web site is available all the time with no down time. However, we will not be responsible for any downtime that occurs.
4. Privacy - We will not pass any personal details to any other company or individual, unless ordered to by a legal authority.
5. Whilst we try to ensure that the information given on the Web site is factually correct, we will not be responsible for any inaccuracies that are found.
6. Some pages only show a single date for a maker as this is all we can find recorded in our books. PLEASE VIEW THE FOLLOWING SAMPLE PAGES TO SEE WHAT WE CAN OFFER.
